Four women from different corners of the world singing in 29 languages, with two award-winning albums. These are the Women of the World, the most truly global group you will ever know!
Ayumi Ueda, from Japan; Annette Philip, from India; Débo Ray, from Haiti living in US; and Giorgia Renosto, from Italy. In 2008, they realized they wanted to share with the world ideas about women rights, diversity, compassion and tolerance. But how? The answer came in the form of music: singing and exploring the rhythms from all over the world. And most importantly: with and about love. Amazing!

Mentored by a Grammy-award winning maestro, Bobby McFerrin, they toured in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America presenting the audience a breathtaking experience through chants, storytelling, dance, mouth percussion, and improvisation. "Women of the World" represent a generation of singers that imposed themselves as a female voice instead of trying to imitate the male voice, strong and high. Our powerpuff world girls managed to stand out with soft but intense voices.
